Unwilling to terminate contract and changing debit order referencing

Service is horrible when you try to cancel membership. I was debited on the wrong date and tried to cancel my membership imediatly. When the debit order didnt go off the The Unlimited changed the debit order refence and tried again. I told them to cancel their services as I dont want them.
