Am basically disgusted by the companys treatment, my mother who is the policy holder made a claim with the organisation in September but till today she hasnt got the payout,we sent all the required documents and they always tell us its on the final stage so we should wait,but till today we still waiting, no communication no nothing unless we call them and they tell us they are escalating the matter to the management,ALWAYS. We just so tired of waiting they must do what they promised to incase of an incident.
