Unsucsessfull claim
I have put in a clain on my policy that I am paying for over a year. When they called me in 2017 I was very excited about my "scratch and dents" policy. Because my car is well looked after but it got little damage marks due from other drivers and stone that has hit me. 2018 I have tried to claim to fix my front bumper. Now....they are telling me the claim was unsucsessful.

As explained, the pictures received and looked at by our specialist clearly shows that your paint is peeling and as specified in our terms and conditions this is not covered. Your policy has been cancelled and this confirmation has been SMSed to you.
