Unsolicited phone call

I am very careful to ensure that I never give permission to any company to provide my contact details to third parties. The reason is that when I need something, I go to a shop and purchase it, or contact someone to supply it. I do not need anybody phoning me or badgering me with emails about their newest and best product. I received a phone call on my cellphone today from The Unlimited trying to sell me some or other form of medical cover. I was told that my details had been purchased from something called Blue Line. Please provide me with a contact person and contact details for Blue Line so that I can address this issue because the person who phoned me could not.
