Unsatisfied

I had a policy for a few years with the company, which I decided to cancel because I had no idea what it was for as I never received any correspondence from them. Their service is not good and then the consultant who phoned wanted to make as if it was my fault because I did not receive any correspondence not even the original policy documents which they said they would sent to me. Therefore I was paying for a policy that I had no idea for what it was, and then only when I requested to cancel it they want to explain to me for what the policy actually is. I would have known for what it was if they were professional and sent me the policy documents when I took out the policy.
