Unprofessional conduct from The Unlimited
No one from The Unlimited has bothered to keep me updated about my query. They said the will give me a recording within 7 days…. Still waiting even now

What you have sent is my first time seeing unless you can provide any backup information regarding the policy documents be sent yearly so that I know even when the premiums increase. And how did it come about that you deduct on my persal not as debit order. Who gave you the permission and authorization to go to my persal. Can you please forward all the communication between I and The Unlimited. I am entitled to all the information at your disposal.
