Unprofessional Conduct by Your Consultant

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from one of your consultants. The individual who contacted me was rude, unprofessional, and appeared to be uninformed. He called me and began asking irrelevant and poorly phrased questions. What’s more concerning is that he seemed to be trying to add benefits to my policy in a sneaky and unclear manner, which I find completely unacceptable. Please investigate who contacted me and ensure that this consultant receives the necessary training. Rude consultants should not be contacting customers under any circumstances
