Unprocessed unclaimed

Unprocessed claim I like to lodge a complain on behalf of my sister,last year in June she opened funeral cover with the unlimited and one of the people she covered passed on and she claimed last week Monday and she was told that they still doing assessment first ,they will call her even today she is still waiting,no communication has been send and the funeral is taking place this week, its very funny how they came to her place to recruit her, now that they have to pay they say that the still busy with the assessment, but every month they deduct her money, this is unfair how people are badly treated when they are going through difficult, her number is ***
