Unpaid/canceled policy without my knowledge

To my surprise my insurances was canceled ..Someone from the unlimited insurance called and i told her that i want all my premium as they're are not good in servicing their client i want my money so i can go to a better ensurerance,i said i can even take insurance to the bank,i want nothing to do with them,i even asked the lady by the name of Xoli she's the one i spoke to and she said shell ask someone from cancelation to call me,whoever he or she called but i was driving on a frr way i said im driving please call me back around 2 pm..not too sure if she/he called to my surprise yesterday morning i got a missed call and a massage saying they're said to let me go..I called back asking for clarity the lady said they got an email saying im canceling my policy whit whose authority ,im not mad i can not cancel my policy without my hard earned money ..then they reinstate me with no waiting period that's what she said ..asking about my premium s she said they cant refund me cause i took a life insurance they don't do funeral policy ..If they sell their policy can they explain to the people that they must go and borrow money to bury their loved one cause they'll get the money after their investigation/its not a funeral policy you joining an investment policy not knowing wena you thought you joining something that would help you in times of need no no its not like that they take your money for years but you'll have to fight for it at till the end ..they'll tell you that your family will benefits after your death ..really I'm not happy with this insurance ill never recommend anyone to join this unlimited ..Its just a **** insurance sending people to go house to house to sell their product those people they don't explain that you'll get help when you dead your family will suffer before they get the money they must go and borrow it not a funeral its an investment insurance ..Im not happy at all ..so now i don't have a choice as much as i hate them want nothing to do with them i must stil stay with them till death do us apart course ill will lose all my money for all this years that I've been with them i don't have a choice,should i have known then i wouldn't have taken it i promise you ..this insurance is not for us is for the people who want to invest who have money who'll cash out after the funeral. The said part is they deducted my money at night 30/06/24 in the morning they canceling my policy they didn't get my cancelation latter mxx .anyway they did reinstate me but im still saying this insurance company is not for the poor people i will not recommend it to anyone..
