Unpaid policy
As write this review am writing with the very heavy heart. I want to warn my fellow South African about the insurance company called unlimited.
My sister passed away in November and when we try to claim I was told that they need letter of authority in order for them to pay, to my surprise what kind of insurance company don't give the people an option to choose their beneficiary when they take the policy.
If you don't want your loved one's to go through what my family went through just be careful with them. According to me this company is **** because they know exactly what is the long process to get the letter of authority it took weeks and you have to travel up and down before you get it .
Save your family from heartache and stay away from this ******.
