Unpaid claim

I submitted a hospital claim in March to unlimited that I was hospitalized in feb 2020 ,ok I understand lockdown make delays to everything, what worries me they manage to pay one claim later month as Jume second one when I'm calling received same response that claim has been finalized assessor whose dealing with my claim will contact me approaching end of Jully no one called, received lot of sms told me same that claim has been finalized assessor will contact me. No one give me an update to know what holds the payment of the claim.
