Unpaid claim
Fellow south africans stay away from the unlimited they are ********** ********. I claimed on the 11th of march 2022 they said to me their claims takes 24hrs to reflect. On their claim for it is stated that claims takes only 5 days with correct documantation. I have been calling then after five days they gave so many different answers i mean even now i am not paid but they decducted premium on my account.when i requested my membership certificate I had to beg them. And guess what they send it with people that I did not insure
They are dishonest they are liers they are unproffessional they are anything bad you can think of.

Embedded in the DNA of who we are, our vision inspires us to push forward and ask ourselves how we can make our customers lives easier. We’d like you to know that we love you deeply and we sincerely apologise if your claims process had led you to believe that we don’t care for you. Kindly note that before we can provide you with an outcome for your claim, it has to be thoroughly assessed by our underwriters. This is a crucial part of the claims process and that is why it takes 5-7 working days. A member from our team will be contacting you tomorrow morning to provide you with feedback regarding your claim and assist you with your dependents.
