These people deserve no stars. I had a previous bad experience with hospital gap cover where they look for nitty gritty and come up with an excuse not to pay. The sales lady made it sound so easy, "oh for every day in hospital we pay you R2000, it's for you and your spouse, money you can use for dr's accounts or go on holiday blah blah blah. So I landed in hospital for 3 days, put in a claim, waited for weeks, and guess what!! Oh sorry we are not going to pay because you were admitted for a reoccurring condition. Really so polyps in 2007 and"ostikiolose in afrikaans" is the same thing?? I think not. Yes but both have to do with your colon, really!!?? People do not be caught by these vultures, they have no intension of paying, they are not there to help you, only themselves. Never ever ever will I trust any gap cover, bye bye the Unlimited, you are a dishonest lot and should be ashamed of yourselves. Save your money in an account of some sort, at least you'll have it when you need it and not paying for some vultures overseas holidays or boats and mansions.
