Unlimited unreliable
This company is the most unreliable insurance company ever. Except for taking unauthorized money out of your account they make false promises to pay back the money. I'm about to cotact the ombudsman for further steps against them.

They promised last month that by end of business day they will send me the copies of the 2 policies too and nothing happened. I want an investigation about the company. Too many people complain about the same problem.

If you ho bsck on our messages you eill see that I mentioned the bank account from where the debit orders was taken is closed. You asked me to send an e mail with my new bank account details, which I did. I even received a response yet your proof show the money is paid in a closed account. Please explain.

The proof of payment reflect to an closed bank account. If you ho bsck on our messages you eill see that I mentioned the bank account from where the debit orders was taken is closed. Maybe its time to reveal t the piblic wher you admit in writing what you owe me the customer and the so called proof of payment done int a closed account.
