Ridiculous company, first no management is ever available, when i call in to the claims department you have staff laughing and making jokes in the background so loudly that i cant hear the person i speak to. I had a sever accident an now they come with stories that they will not pay the accidental claim, yet i had a severe injury that caused them to have to operate. they come with stories it was a pre-exisisting injury, which is total and utter nonsense. i was declared medically fit to work on the mine yet they are prepared to pay me for one day. contracting themselves in the fact that it is a "pre-exisitng condition" claims department says they will only pay if the doctor changes his report.
Please get one of the underwriters to contact me immediately as i am not prepared to accept this and will take this to court.
