Unlimited not at all

I signed up for this policy with easi med beginning of this year , I used this service but not satisfied with it as I dont get what i signed up and what i was promise or Your sales rep told us that it is unlimited doctors visits and R15 000 of meds approved on the list and I can add my sisters but when i called they told me they cant be added. I ask the doctor to prescribe meds on the list which he did. When I went to the pharmacy to get the meds I had to pay for everything. I was so frustrated I to go through the pain as did not have enough money at that stage.Isnt this Unlimited suppose to help poeple who cant afford a proper medical aid?What is the use of this service if you have to pay for everything , it is not worth the R400 a month a pay. ask for the Unacceptable!!!!!! Please cancel my order still TODAY, and stop the debit order from your side with immediate effect, and refund me in full.I dont need this anymore.Please dont try to phone me just cancel. DONT NEED ANY EXPLANATION. My Policy number EMC113542 .<br> <br> I get an email today that i owe the dentist R507.50 for things that i didn't even ask for and get a prescription to go buy medication that I am requested to pay for.
