Unlimited nonsense
Absolutely shocking service!! My son tried to cancel a policy and I called out the car licence number to him and the woman on the line said this goes against the popi act!!! She was rude and abrasive, and totally not the kind of person you want on the other end of the phone. Asking for the licence plate number when in fact my son had not even given it when joining!!!
