UNLIMITED MY A$$
After I cancelled my policy with The Unlimited, and still payments went off monthly from my bank account. I reversed the payments and phoned again and again asking to cancel the policy. Today, when checking my Credit Score, I noticed under The Unlimited that the policy had lapsed, and that it reflects as adverse information on my Credit Score. I am absolutely livid. Who did this? My bank did not, as I spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to see where this happened. The Unlimited sent me a letter, but I have to send it to the Credit Bureau to have it removed. This is unacceptable. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM IN FUTURE, AND HOPING THAT EVERYONE ELSE SEEING THIS, WILL REFRAIN FROM DEALING WITH THEM TOO.
We appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention. We’re truly sorry for the trouble that you’ve endured. We understand that you're frustrated, however, we're here to help you. We’ve sent you a letter stating that we’d never affect your credit score as our policies run on a month-to-month basis. You’ll need to present this letter to the credit bureau so that they can resolve this issue on their end.
