Unlimited is a very bad company!!

I am so disgusted with this company!!!!How can people do this to you??My sister had a policy for our eldest sister. Sadly our eldest sister sadly passed away on 23/07/2020.We have been struggling to get the insurance money from the unlimited since then.I personally was in contact with a lady by the name of Lauren Fox(claims dept)and she was very quick to ask me to resend docs as it was not filled in correctly.My sister did was she asked and I forwarded the docs.Up until today we havent heard anything from Lauren.I have been sending emails to Lauren but she does not respond!!How professional is she??!!I called last week and was transferred to claims,someone answered the call but didnt speak eventually I had to drop the call.This is so bad because my sister has been borrowing money from people as she is waiting for her "pay out"I am so disappointed in this company and would not advise anyone to take out a policy with them!
