Unlimited Insurance – Deceptive, Unhelpful, and Dishonest
My experience with Unlimited Insurance has been absolutely terrible. I never received my policy documents. Consultants are rude and clueless and dont have a clue what they were talking about. It felt like a **** from the beginning—they push hard to sign people up but don’t back up any of their promises.
When I tried to make a claim, I was told I wasn’t covered because my car “appeared to have been in an accident”—based purely on photos. No proof, no proper assessment, just a quick excuse to deny the claim.
This is not how a trustworthy insurance company behaves. I strongly advise others to stay far away from Unlimited Insurance. They mislead customers and disappear when it’s time to deliver

27 Jun 2025, 10:15Now you guys can call us back, I have been calling the whole day yesterday wanting to speak to the coloured lady who was rude because she was dealing with my issue and she dropped the call on me. The whole day I could not get hold of her I was told she is assisting other customers then I asked to be called back then I was told the consultants cannot call back I have to keep trying till I get through. This waisted my time, airtime and I ended up not getting the assistance I needed.
All I want is my money back from inception of the policy then I will be fine or else I will publish this including proof on all social media platforms until I get justice.
