These people always call offering government employees this cover of nonsense,they've been deducting money from my payslip for over a year and because I don't scrutinize my payslip for these small amounts,now they're telling me it will take p to two months to cancel and I'll still e covered in the meantime. U DON'T WANT THE MEANTIME COVER!! THIS unlimited is a ****, accessing our info even you say NO. How can I have cover without a beneficiary????? Who the hell does the death benefit go to if I die???? This is BS!

Sometimes, depending on the date of your cancellation, our request to your payroll goes through too late for them to process it in time to cancel your debit order. We know how frustrating this is, and we want to assure you that we'll reimburse you accordingly. For the month of June, it's too late to make the change on our end, so as soon as you've seen the payment, please send us your bank statement to *** so that we can refund you accordingly. For July, no debit order will go off.
