Unlimited claiming services it's not good at all

My little sister and I claimed my late mom funeral cover , we have send all the needed documents but still now they haven't respond .....am starting to think that all the citizens that have used this Company the are telling the truth .....do the right thing and help a black child indeed because she is the only bread winner that's left help please respond the documents that have been send....they even drop the call
