I was admitted in hospital from 9/9/2020 till 1409/092020 and my daughter was admitted from 23/10/2020.I submitted all requested documents and they ask proof of payment for filling the form and motivation letter .when i make follow up up about claims from February this year they only say claims are still under investigation .my policy number is HEP 042206 .please i need help.
