Funny when i took the insurance from your company i was told that waiting period is 6 months and that was the information i was given on the telephone call. To my surprise when i submitted my claim it too more than expected time for the unlimited to respond. Now after 8days of the claim submitted I get a call from the unlimited to tell me they do not cover a person who died from HIV within 6 months but 12 months waiting period all this information is related to me only when i claim.

I submitted my documents on the 10th for all this long time why did it take long for the unlimited to respond within 72 hours claim time but only to tell me that now that i claimed? This day-light ******* by the unlimited. All i need is all my premiums that i paid and let the unlimited go to hell. Only now you mention the exclusions that were not mentioned in the inception of the policy to show that the unlimited are a bunch of ********* rather than a legitimate insurance company, very clearly the unlimited is not an insurance company but the *********.

Why would it be that the claim process takes this long unless if the unlimited just wanted to make money out of me thinking i am that stupid to give money to them that i worked so hard for? The unlimited must just give me my money that they debited me from last year August till today because i feel ****** and disappointed.

i need my money back please!!!!!!!!!!!!
