Unhappy polucy holder
My husband passed away on 17th April 2020. After I had to attend to our Dr 3 times and paid the consultation fee every time I submitted the forms. Then they phoned me they are looking for a copy of my husbands ID, which I have submitted again. The Dr even enclosed copies of reports and the dates is also on the reports. Now I need to go again to the Dr for more dates and what treatment did he get. The last xray report stated what was wrong with his lungs. When you sign up you do not need to go to a Dr to fill in forms stating the whole pedigree, but when you put in a claim then they need a whole pedigree and this is just not to pay out. Friends and family warned me against the Unlimited 2 months ago. They told me about their bad experiences and that the Unlimited are always looking for loopholes not to pay. They deduct their money monthly. People don't ever sign up with the unlimited. You have to pay thousands just to get your forms filled in and then you must pay again and again to get more information. You have to take time off the work to go to the Dr. This is money that you loose if you don't go to the Dr. The Unlimited is a ********** company that do not care about their policy holders they only care about there bank balances.
