UNHAPPY I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!

I have so many 2 bad encounters with The unlimited one was being given attitude by their agent who I don't think they did what I asked them which is to cancel my policy and my money has been getting deducted even when I went 2 times to the bank to block the debt check and the date that was agreed upon was 31st but on my statements they deduct 2 times in a month I hate what they doing because I also have mouths to feed while they just take I've had enough
