Unhappy

On Christmas day my father had passed away ....himself and my mother are pensioners and only receive their Sassa monthly from which that money my mother pays THE UNLIMITED for numerous different policies ...for certainly...however my mother had no money for the funeral of which she had to borrow the money from a family member ...knowing she has a dignity for all policy with THE UNLIMITED and she would be able to pay the money back ....she submitted the claim with all the docs needed she got a call and was advised there was one premium outstanding ...which then made a plan for the funds again ......then she gets another call and the claim is unsuccessful...only for them to now tell her there's other premiums outstanding ....why not tell her from the start ???? Where is she now going to get all the funds to pay back she's been a member since 2016!!!!!! And not only for one policy but a few! ...If there's problems for the one claim on one policy, what is it going to be like for the others??? ALL her policies need to be cancelled , years of paying for what?? Just to claim and get told different stories all the time, with the little money she receives she pays them and now when she needs them??? Thanks to THE UNLIMITED for leaving a pensioner in even more distress she can barely survive with food and u guys do this WELL DONE!!!
