Hello Peter
I had a policy with "The Unlimited" for tyres and mags insurence last year. It happened that the car was insured got involved in an accident and was written off. I have been trying to cancel the policy for the past 6 months. Everytime i call they make me way until i hang-up, they don't reply the emails.

We’re sorry to hear that your vehicle was involved in an accident. We have checked on the system and you contacted us on the 27/11/2019 requesting to cancel your Auto Supreme policy, and it was cancelled accordingly on that same day.
