Unfairly and treatment

I was sold out insurance at The Unlimited scratch and dents. When they were recruiting me, they asked the whole information about my car, and approved it. They told me every after two Months of payments, I will be able to Claim. I then started to claim after three Months later. They rejected my claim based on that my vehicle is too old.

Please note that it's been months since I've been paying.
