Unfair and ****ming

I am writing this reviews from the sad place, after I have been loyal with my monthly payments without defaulting my policy.

Firstly i took a policy as a woman with no experience with cars and engines but was excited to know that my engine will be covered with R66000 should anything happen. My car is up to date regarding service. My car showed an engine light and i called the unlimited as they promised to cover my engine and suspensions as per the policy. Firstly i was told to book my book at a RMI approved car repair place, because my car was due for service, it made sense for me to take it and for service and the engine light to be checked out. The Unlimited wants you to take the car to the repairer however expects the quotation to come from me and not from the repairer which is very tiring but because I needed my car fixed I had to endure all that and do the administration by myself , I provided breakdown quote from WestVaal Menlyn. To my surprise The Unlimited was so quickly to decline as they do not cover whats on the quote from the Westvaal dealership. Meaning I cannot be assisted and my claim.

As I’ve indicated above this came as a shock as I now have to raise R60 000 and my trusted insurance is not willing to assist me at all not even for a labour costs. Why was I misled when i took the cover and why am i only now told that there’s certain components that will be covered when i need their help. I feel abused and betrayed by the unlimited for dropping me when I desperately needed help from them. How am I going to raise R60 000.at this moment I feel like I am being ****med and bul****.
