********* GAP cover decides to not cover a dependent when they find out a claim will be processed.

Very ********* Business. Your sales team say one thing to make a sale and them you completely go back on your word and your call center refuse to to resolve. We signed up with the Unlimited with a main member and 2 dependents, We added another dependent in December to find out that The Unlimited decided to no longer cover one of the Dependents once they heard that they were going in for surgery and there was going to be a claim.

Basically you decided to change your rules after nearly 18 months of cover even though we have documentation from you saying otherwise.

If the Unlimited do not resolve this I will be taking the documentation that we have confirming cover and opening a case with the Insurance industry Ombudsman at close of business today as the surgery is scheduled for tomorrow.

We have been trying to resolve this for 3 weeks now.
