Under false pretenses

I had a bad encounter with this company. I was on a site where their help people to get loans I left my name and number and was called by the unlimited their told me that their have products that you have to take out with their loan but after you recieve the loan you can cancel the products I agreed knowing that I wil cancel after the loan their also said its only cancelled by email add their never send the email add but their called me 3 times in January 2018 to confirm my details so that their can be sure of my details if their pay in the loan cause I qualified for the loan and someone will call me to tell me how much their can give me the whole of January passed their never called instead three amounts went off my account that amounts to 250rand and last week their send me membership numbers for useless thing which will not benefit me at all today another 250rand was deducted please help me cause their did everything under false pretenses as if their gonna give me a lone and I need to stop this while its only a 500rand which I want them to repay every sent cause their ***** people
