Unbelievable Laziness

I have been a client of The Unlimited for a number of years and have numerous policies with them. Therefore, when I called on the 30 th of January 2023 I called into the Call Centre to have one of the agents compile me a summary of all the active policies on their books in order for me to make an informed decision regarding my financial position going forward. I subsequently spoke to an affable lady, by the name of KHOSI. We discussed what I needed and she claimed to clearly understand what is required. She committed to provide me with the relevant summary at her earliest convenience. I made it clear to her that this “Summary” was very urgent and important to me. I allowed a week and called again, but could never speak to her again. You speak to a new agent each time you call in. I have left numerous messages, but it was never returned. By the time of me penning this submission, which is now been more than 2 months later and I have not received the requested “Summary” nor heard a single word from KHOSI at THE UNLIMITED whatsoever. I am profoundly disappointed with this bad service, as this is a Customer Service and Consumer Rights-issue. I need THE UNLIMITED Senior Management to remedy this situation in the interest of fair and equitable customer service.
