Unautorised Debit

This company decided to debit my account on a date that I did not nominate resulting in them not honoring their agreement when they have to. I want his policy cancelled and my premiums refunds since you did not stick to the agreement. I have spoke to Lerato Mkhize the Manager who was trying to justify that they sent me an SMS advising that they will debit on a different date that we did not agree on. 1. I did not receive that SMS since I was on vacation. 2. I do not authorize them to debit my account on the 8th of December. 3. I have lost faith in this company and will not continue with them as they are unreliable. 4. I want my premiums refund in full as you broke the agreement. 5. I expect a prompt response with regards to this matter. 6. Stop debiting peoples account without prior consent. 7. Am SMS is not grounds to debit ones account.
