Unauthorized increase in premiums

1. Unapproved increase in premium - End of October 2025 the amount was R177, End of November 2025 the premium was increased to R257 without my consent 2. I pay for airtime on this number but are never able to use it as the SIM cannot be identified. If I get a new SIM you give me vouchers for the amounts that I paid and could not use - the vouchers does not work. 3. Your company terrorise me with phone calls, trying to sell me more policies that I really do not need. Please remove me from your list asap. 4. I am a pensioner and with cost of living increasing I really cannot afford non-valuable expenses for me. I already have two cell phone contracts, medical aid, pet insurance, car and household insurance.
