Unauthorized Funds being taken out of my bank..!!

Its been 2 months since this company has been deducting money from my account.

I went to the bank to find out what it is thats deducting money from my account and was informed its The unlimited. I googled them and managed to get their contact details. I spoke to a guy by the name if Thembinkosi who informed me that I had an account with them. To my surprise he had most of my exact details. I requested that I needed to be refunded of these amounts as I was never in agreement with with them taking money from my account. Also wanting to know where I signed for the Unlimited and by whom?

Proof of anything that I have signed that explains the benefits that they are offering. (Agreement Form)

Most importantly how they got hold of all my personal information. He advised me that he had read a conversation I had with 1 of their online agents and all this information i gave during that chat. I do not even recall having a conversation with their agent, not to even think of giving a stranger my banking details online.

I would like for them to please refund my cash back into my account asap before I take this matter further with my attorneys as this company was never unauthorized by me to take any amount out of my bank account.
