Unauthorized debit orders
This company has obtained my boyfriend's banking details and have processed unauthorized debit orders on his account for almost a year. We have also read multiple reviews of the same thing happening to other people and it should be investigated as they are obtaining banking and personal details ********ly. We will be escalating this matter to the Ombudsman.
