15 Dec 2020, 11:21 Hi Daniel,
Thank you so much for bringing this matter to our attention. Kindly note that we sent you SMSes on the 11/11/2020 notifying you that we'll be debiting you early for both your Auto Elite policies. The early debits were done to ensure that you have a peace of mind during this festive season. If you wished to be debited on the 28th of the month as usual, you were more than welcome to reach out to us and we would have made the necessary arrangements for you.

15 Dec 2020, 12:45How can you just send an SMS and then change a debit order date and what makes you think that I don't have piece of mind?? It's completely ********* just to change a debit order date without consent it is also ******** and unconstitutional. But I'm glad I canceled both my policies with imediat effect.

15 Dec 2020, 15:52 Hi Daniel,
Please note that it's standard practice for us to send an SMS to our customers when we make a change to any thing related to their policies. Because the festive season is such a busy time, we wanted to make sure that you don't have to worry about your premium by getting it out of the way early. We're so sorry that this has upset you and resulted in you cancelling both your policies with us. This is not at all the outcome we wanted and if you do decide to re-join our family in the near future, please give us a call on ***.

15 Dec 2020, 16:50You say this practice to change the date of debit order is for my benefit but it is a lie. In all the years I had my policy did I ever mis one payment no I did not because it is on a debit order not cash payment so how can you tel me it is so I don't have to worry about my payment if I know it's going to be paid on the said date agreed upon me. The only one that benefits from this is the unlimited nobody else so please don't come and tell me it is for my benefit.

17 Dec 2020, 13:18 Hi Daniel,
As we've mentioned previously, we took this decision solely for our customers benefit because they are who comes first. A majority of our customers have welcomed the early debit and any change that our customers welcome, makes us happy.
