Unauthorized debit order

I called double deal plus-The unlimited to cancel my membership in 2013 which was the last time i used my card. They have been taking the money in my account since then until this month when i went to check my bank statement . i called in today and they are refusing to refund me because apparently their records doesn't show that i called in. Clearly someone didn't do their job , i want my money back. I wont stop until they repay me . its been 2 years since i haven't used their card.
