Unauthorized debit order
Had an unauthorized debit order go off my account today from The Unlimited - funny, cause I've never spoken to anyone there. Had to go Google them to find out who they are and what they do. How do you manage to set up a debit order when we've had NO telephonic or written correspondence?
And I see from Googling that I am not the only person who this' happened to. Seems either they employ ********* or the whole thing is **********.

25 Jun 2019, 11:10This is absolutely ridiculous. I have again today received a notification from ABSA about this debit order for The Unlimited (ref: ACO042682)
The lady who phoned me after this post said she "ran my name through your database" and "found my cell number". If you can find my name and cell phone number AND you *******ly obtained my bank account details somehow, you should be able to locate my unauthorized "account" on your database using the same search method. I'm am MOST DEFINITELY NOT going to give you the remainder of my private details over the phone so you can rectify an error YOU created with details YOU shouldn't have.
I've given you the reference number on for the payment as per ABSA - I'm making this reply private to give you the opportunity to sort it out. I do not know your company, have never entered into any type of agreement, paying other otherwise with you and I definitely do not wish to do so in the future.
