Unauthorised debits and refusal to cancel
The unlimited are a bunch of ****mers which purposely refuse to fully terminate clients policies. My father has requested multiple times to cancel the policy and cancel debit order however The unlimited continue to debit a charge reference number. Please refrain from doing that as otherwise I will be forced to refer this matter to the ombudsman.
