Unauthorised Debit Order mandate by The Unlimited
I fail to understand how a debit order mandate was approved without my consent. The shock I had when I received an SMS stating that I have a registered mandate with The Unlimited for R188 due to go off this month yet I was never in contact with you, EVER. Even more shocking that it was for a scratch and dent policy for a vehicle that I don't even own.
How on earth did you get a hold of confidential information such as my ID number and account number when I've never been a member of The Unlimited and most importantly when I'm not the one who disclosed the information to you??? How is it that the policy and mandate were created on the 10th, without my knowledge, and approved without my consent?
And to show just how ***** the manner in which you conduct your business is, when I called in yesterday to cancel the policy, I also requested for a copy of the contract (because I was curious to see what details were on that contract), I was told that there is no contract. This is displeasing!
