Unauthorised debit order after cancellation!!!

I canceled my policy on 14 Feb 2023 and recieved a confirmation sms of cancellation. I was assured that no debit order would be deducted even on the mobile app it show I don't have an active policy anymore but still the debit order was deducted on 25 Feb 2023. I demand a refund otherwise I will make a case of theft
