Unauthorised debit order
I took out an \Auto Elite"policy in November this year and arranged for a debit order deduction for the monthly premium to be deducted from my account on the 5th of every month. The December premium was deducted on the 1st December and Then the premium for January was deducted on 22nd December. Totally unacceptable for any debits to made other than on the dates I specified when I took out the policy."""
