Unauthorised Debicheck mandate loaded by the unlimited group -***
The unlimited Group has loaded an unauthorised Debicheck mandate on my capitec account under reference *** .I have reached out to customer care ,provided my details,and they refuse to help or cancel it .This is an unauthorised deduction,I demand that this *** be cancelled immediately,the mandate removed from my bank account and a written Confirmation sent to me
