Unacceptable Service Regarding Tyre Discount Benefit

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the unacceptable service I received today while trying to redeem the tyre discount benefit under my *** policy. After contacting your call centre and being transferred between consultants, I was promised a callback that never materialized. I was then directed to several tyre service centres, including Super Quick, TyreXpress, and Point S, only to discover that none of them could assist me or were aware of the service I was enquiring about. I have spent a significant amount of time and effort trying to obtain a benefit that forms part of my policy, yet I have received conflicting information and no meaningful assistance.

I would appreciate an urgent response with clear instructions on how and where I can redeem this benefit, as well as an explanation for the poor service and lack of follow-through from your staff.
