Unacceptable service and lies.....
As a public notification!! I had a heart attack July 10th and was rushed to Hospital. I nearly died as my Wife and Doctor tied to get hold of a Unlimited consultant with my policy number to get my cover only to find out that I would not be covered...on top of that I had to pay for my own ambulance and Be readmitted to another hospital..... This is unacceptable!!! I have a policy number but still don't have my policy documentation...... The only notifications I keep receiving if the double your airtime and collect your SIM card. This Is bad and I think *****....

I still have not received the voicelog as requested, I have still not received policy documentation and still you are trying to deflect everything I mentioned.
The policy was cancelled dew to your lack of interest and to note that I was covered the moment you got my banking details.....which was also not true....I was NOT covered.
This is still a matter of a **** as was said by other people on this site with the no interest in your clients best interest.
