Unacceptable Cancellation Delays and Failure to Refund My Money

My experience with The Unlimited Group has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable to say the least. Despite requesting the cancellation of my ***, the process was unnecessarily delayed, resulting in an unauthorised debit from my ***. When I called to query this, I was given multiple excuses, yet the consultant assured me that my cancellation had been processed. It is unacceptable that I was still debited after being given this assurance.

I requested a refund, but several days have passed without any repayment or satisfactory resolution. This level of service demonstrates a clear lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for customers' money.
