Un-reliable Service that you pay for

I have been a member of The Unlimited for a long while, and I pay for my Legal Edge & Heli Rescue packages every month via debit order and on the 12 Aug I had a Legal issue that I needed assistance for ASAP, my wife called the customer number spoke to someone gave them the details told them I need urgent Legal help and I was told that I don't have it only legal advise!!! She was given 2 legal representatives details that I must call, I did so and one didn't even bother to answer or call back and the other answered said he will come see me and guess what he NEVER did! So why am I paying for Legal Help 24/7 in all situations but when I request help then I don't get NOTHING???!???!!!!! I landed up sitting in jail ********ly for the whole weekend just because The Unlimited refuse to assist me even though I pay for the service!!! I had to fork out money to pay (which by the way I don't have!)for an attorney to represent me out of my pocket just because The Unlimited refuse to assist me. My luggage was opened and stuff ****** out because I couldn't collect it due to being arrested ********ly jsut because The Unlimited refuse to assist me. I forfeited my flight due to this and lost all that money and had now new travel expenses to collect me from JHB from DBN because The Unlimited refuse to assist me although I pay for their service Every Single Month! I truly believe if The Unlimited did their job and assisted me as per the Service I pay for I wouldn't have had all these expenses and they are liable to repay me.
