Troubled former policy holder

After my claim had been approved and they told me within 48 hours R27 000.00 will reflect into my account suddenly I got a message that I was told no money will be paid to me. After spending more than R2500 to pay for hospital files and submitting documents to the head office of The Unlimited in Durban.

This is the double trauma suffered by me of my daughter who faught for her live in ICU for 9 full days and all my lost installments to this insurance. I had to resort to cancelling the policy because of the run around they kept on giving me I have not received any payment from unlimited from 2011 I have been their customer for 9 years I have not claimed anything this is the only claim I have made to them and they have failed to pay me for all the 9 years I had paying their installments

I urge every who is still a member to disassociate themselves with this company They are great ********

Hi  Avhapfani,

We're so sorry to hear about your daughter's hospitalisation. We understand that this is quite a difficult time for you and your family. Please understand that we would never intentionally cause any insensitivity especially when you need us as your family the most. We'll look into your claim and give you a call first thing on Monday morning.
